We understand how clients rely on their equipment and want their own machine returned as quickly as possible, repaired correctly the first time.
We offer the same level of care to your clients as we do to our own.
Careica Health's team of service technicians, are extensively trained by our equipment manufacturers to ensure high quality repairs.
Over 99% of the nearly 5,000 pieces of equipment we service each year are fixed right the first time. We operate all units for a minimum of two hours to allow for calibration of internal components and then test to verify that the equipment is working as it should.

To have your equipment serviced, you will need a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain one:

Send the equipment by the courier of your choice (customers are responsible for freight costs to Careica Health).
Write the Return Authorization number on top of the box and send it to:
For units covered under warranty, it will be repaired and returned free of charge.
For units not covered by warranty, a repair quote will be completed and sent to you with the following choices:

After completing the repairs, Careica Health will return your equipment to you via courier.
When Careica Health returns your repaired equipment, we include a work order that details:
Parts replaced by Careica Health are warrantied for one year.
Parts replaced by Careica Health are warrantied for three months.
